The Saudi Master’s Scholarship is a postgraduate program dedicated to international students who wish to pursue a Master’s degree at accredited public universities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The scholarship targets outstanding graduates holding a Bachelor’s degree and aims to provide them with the opportunity to continue their higher education in a full-time, on-campus format.
This program is open to a wide range of academic fields offered by Saudi universities and is designed to foster academic excellence, cultural exchange, and international collaboration. Admission is competitive and based on academic merit, language proficiency, and the submission of certified academic and personal documents through either the Study in Saudi portal or the official admission portals of Saudi universities.

Between 22 and 30 years
For English-taught programs, besides the tests noted earlier, Duolingo English Test requires a minimum score of 105 (varies by university), for Arabic-taught programs, proficiency is needed through tests or preparatory courses (common in Islamic studies, humanities, and social sciences), and some universities grant waivers if applicants studied previously in English or are from English-speaking countries
Female applicants must be accompanied by a legal guardian (Maḥram) in accordance with Saudi regulations.
