On-Ground Support in Russia and Turkey

Local Minhaway teams in Russia and Turkey support students in all majors. We handle university registration until the official invitation letter, travel assistance, airport pickup, housing guidance, medical checks, and continuous support.

This service includes:

  • Handling the entire registration process until the invitation letter.
  • Assisting with travel procedures and arrival logistics.
  • Airport welcome and accompaniment to university housing.
  • Help with medical checkups upon arrival.
  • Completing registration formalities until studies begin.
  • Continuous support and consultation until classes start.

Arrival & Direct Assistance (self-funded)

Designed for self-funded students. We provide full on-site support from arrival until enrollment, including pickup, housing registration, bank account setup, and all initial procedures to start studying quickly.

Includes:

  • Airport pickup and transfer to university housing.
  • Assistance in opening a bank account.
  • Support with student housing registration.
  • Handling initial formalities to start studies ASAP.
