Requirements
- Must be admitted to a regular 2-year MSc program at TU Delft (non-EU/EFTA students).
- Excellent academic record (usually ≥80% GPA or equivalent).
- English proficiency: TOEFL ≥90 or IELTS ≥6.5.
- Two reference letters (submitted before the scholarship deadline).
- Complete scholarship application form submitted with MSc application.
- Apply before the deadline (usually 1 December).
